Remarkable Discovery

I figured out why I like digi scrapping... because I can eat a messy sandwich and not ruin my LO. :-) As long as I keep crumbs and liquid away from my puter I've got it made. Gotta love it. And it's only taken me till now to figure it out. I can still work and hold food at the same time. Now if I can figure out a way to have someone make and bring it to me... That must be why I didn't like paper crops...they would have food and I wouldn't have any for fear of messing up,,, As any of my tee's will attest to...food and I don't mix. The more I try to be careful the worse I get. I'm like a little kid...I need a bib and plastic drop cloth or nekid sitting in the tub is the only way for me to eat. What a slob. happy scrappin ;-)

I can't believe I missed two days at my blog. Where have I been? Well, nowhere. The heat has gotten to me and like my Buddy Tracy says, "I've lost my MoJo" For the life of me I couldn't scrap or even think of what I wanted to do. I went for coffee today and my friend Jan from the Daily Bread asked me what I'd been up too and I told her nada, nothing, not a thing that I had spent the last two days falling asleep. Now Jan is a Doctor's wife and a registered nurse besides being owner of Our Daily Bread the bakery/lunch place that shares floor space with the Coffee Cabinet. She looked at me and said, "You know that's not good, it's not a good sign. It's a sign of depression!" Great... depression, that's all I need. I just went through that a few weeks ago and I really thought I had put it on the back burner...now I'm wondering. Am I, yeah a bit but I'm also lonely as my better part is in Oklahoma till after Labor Day...so that makes 3 weeks alone...that can depress anyone. So I went to Wal-Mart....never go there hungry or depressed. You'll either get in trouble or get more depressed. I managed to only get what I needed and kept my eyes shut to what I'd really like. OH Oh depressed. Any way, Hostess Orange cupcakes fell into the cart...don't ask how. 2 boxes of TJ's favorite treat. Now anyone can tell you that Citrus smell is not a cat's favorite thing...squeeze an orange or lemon and get the oil on your hands then put it near a cat's nose and you'll see what I mean. I guess these don't really have an orange smell just the faint taste and TJ could care less. He now has the other two cats wanting a taste too. so at least the cats aren't depressed. I haven't figured if I am or not. I'd just say lethargic, and let it go at that.

Any way when I got home I have an ACK! Help mail from Terrell. she is going to need more QP's but this time a different kind. She needs some 4x6 brag book size. So I send her a mail back no problem will start tonight. Then I'm sitting here and suddenly my PSE5 is open and I'm creating. Wow! Ok Great whoopee go for it. So I started in and made two and I'm surprised to find the smaller ones for some reason were easier to do. No logic to that, for sure. Then the next thing is I go for using one of them in a LO. So I have a Chessie LO done Then and now 2004 2007 with TerrellS Peaceful Kit. I guess the moral of this is "Do something you love and you'll be happy" so here Terrell thought she needed help and not knowing it she" Gave Help". I might not get any more done, but I'm content to be doing something again. These little ones make great little pet books and Grandma Brag books, too. Then too they might just fit into those little memory purses with a tweak of too. have you seen them? They are quite cute and they also have checkbook covers and business card holders to match. This same idea came out many years ago where people just put photos in them and I don't think they went over too good. Now someone got smart and is marketing them to scrapbookers with a twist you put a LO in it not just a boring photo. I think They are real "kool" Maybe Santa Claus will bring me one if I'm good I'll have to put it on my wish list. You know the list you have for when all the bills are paid and you have something left just for you. That will go on there with Photoshop CS3. Ah sigh! Very heavy sigh!

Oh well Scarlett it's after 3 PM, tomorrow is another day and I think I heard some talk of cooler weather. Wouldn't that be grand, especially with a little rain....not that flooding stuff that is the talk of the news elsewhere. Can't it just be parcelled out a little to everyone.
