Tuesday blahs

Well it's Tuesday. I survived the weekend. I had a lovely day with Joyce and Rob, downloaded some things on my computer with the router set up she had Jim fix up, and a great steak dinner.
Monday the two Joyces and I went to Green Hills Mall. A beautiful place. We had lunch and cocktails at the Cheesecake Factory then walked our feet off shopping. The two Joyce's went crazy shopping I even bought a few items. Cool white pants, turquoise flip flops and real cool sunglasses. Joyce 1 bought tons of goodies for her trip to Las Vegas while Joyce 2 looked for bargains. A great time was had for sure. Joyce one by the way is the Joyce I usually talk about and Joyce 2 is our hairdresser. It was suggested I change my name to Joyce, also to really drive people nuts. It really was funny as everytime I called out Joyce I'd get an answer from both in different parts of the store. I was surprised I didn't ache all ove today but I didn't. Joyce called this AM to tell me she had to bring basck a few things so another trip looms.

I was disappointed to find out we were only getting 600 dollars incentive from Uncle Sam so I don't know if I'll ever get that scooter. Oh well. The weather is crappy today and I'm feeling rather depressed. What's new? LOL

I was thinking about Mother's Day. I did get a call from my son...must have lasted 3 minutes. But he remembered. No card but I got a call. Oh well, the baby chicks do fly the coop. They forget where they came from. So today I'm sitting remembering and wishing I was closer to where he is. At this time in my life I need family , I miss hearing I love you Mom. It is way harder with Jim being gone so much, not what I bargained for when we retired.

I can't complain as the company is finally recognized and getting asked to bid on a lot of options. As a matter of fact someone even wanted to purchase our EWG...but we aren't ready to relinquish any of the lines...just yet. For the second year in a row BNG has won the Jake Award which is given to RR's with accident free years. Go Scott, Go Jim. Go Terry.
