It has been pouring down cats and dogs since about 8:30 AM so it hasn't put me in a good mood. Of course I woke up this way as I've been having Yahoo fits. I belong to three new groups, two are Yahoo and one is a Google and all of them send a lot of graphics. We do not have cable or DSL but because of location we have to rely on Hughes.net Satellite for our internet. One of the big problems with this and ATT air cards is they limit your usage. It's called FAP Fair Access Policy. Ours isn't as bad as the air card as it is on a 24 hour rolling basis so if I'm not downloading a lot it builds back up to 100% in 24 hours. I tell you this as the graphics suck those megabytes right up tearing down my download time. Each of our computers has a screen meter so I can keep track. Going on line isn't too too bad unless I'm into a lot of graphics but those yahoo sites do me in. I had to drop the Google one but have kept my two Yahoo's as I really love and need them. Both are PSP groups and a big help. One has a lot of hints and scrapbook tutorials and the other wonderful hints on PSP itself and they do primarily tags with a lot of animation , large suck up mgbs and FAP though. If you go to Digest mail you no longer can get those graphics so you can't see squat.
Yesterday Yahoo doubled up on e-mails and resent mail from last week and did me just about in down to 30% FAP so I had to turn off my mail and at the same time drop the Google group. "sad face" I refuse to give up the others especially the tag group as I am really seeing some great stuff come across. So like I said I turned the mail off. The only light of the day is we get free time between 1AM and 6 AM where I can download to my utmost satisfaction. So I stay up till then and then turn it on so it can download. I also download my CT kits and my Scrappers Guide things. It doesn't put me in a good mood as I'm exhausted in the morning and it will take me hours to go through the mail all 2-3 hundred of them on just one account. I also have about 5 accounts. Two personal ,one business and two scrapbook ones so like I said it takes hours to go through especially when Yahoo goes wacky. Jim went in this morning and changed my gmail settings so nothing gets saved on the server any more. We'll see how this all works out.
Even though we need the rain it doesn't bring smiles to my face as it is dreary and dismal here today. So much so it left no room for creativity.
Later.

I feel Your Pain Girl!
I love the people that leave up their Blog Train Links for the month or more. I too have wireless modem card. It takes forever to download things sometimes especaially when Verizon thinks I have downloaded to much. I am also a midnight downloader because it is much faster then, except when the fog rolls in. I missed 3/4 of the SAS Bday Bash because of that.
Are You Frustrated by the Blogs with all the music and slide shows that come on automatically? Why can't they let us hit the play button? After all how many times do we want to watch the same slide show even if we could?
Thanks for Letting Me Vent!
