Time Flies

When you're not having fun LOL. Between my affair with Arthur Ritis and Jim's doctor visits we have been pretty busy the past week. I have managed to do a few Lo's and tags with Ambowife's Grardeners Delight one of which Beautiful was LO of the day at Treasures to Scrap. Another of mine done with one of David Shillabeers photos came in as runner up in a contest too. Both of them are shown below in the blog.

My big sister Laine also made a gift of a beautiful tube which I did some more tags for friends at PSpX3 and I have to do one for me now. I'll post it later. There is quite a story behind that tag too as I goofed a bit. We have a sister site that posts a lot of these tubes and we can choose to use them or not....most have the copyright attached...well this one didn't and because of the color I chose to use it, regardless. I did this at 2AM made a bunch of tags and sent them out to get a message in the AM that it was a PTU not FTU tube. That's Pay to Use and Free to Use. Big faux pax on my side here and let me tell you it really upset me almost to the point of quitting. I sent an apology to the site and the girls I sent the tags to. The response was something else. They were all very caring and encouraging. My sister Laine went as far as getting me a gift certificate from the site so I could be legal. And I'm happy to report I now have my get out of jail card and am legal. Most of you know I try to give credit where credit is due so you know it really affected me. Any way I'm going to get Laine's monies worth with this one. I love it and her.

Now this is funny as Ambowife's Gardeners Delight is full of cutsie things and since I have no little kids or am not a gardener I figured the elements wouldn't get much use by me. I loved the kit as it really is gorgeous but I'm just not a cutsie person and have no cutsie photos to use. LOL Well she has proven me sooooo wrong as I have found more uses with that kit than a lot of others. Since tagging has opened another world for me I have found lots of tag tubes to substitute my lack of cutsie photos. As mentioned above"Beautiful" the LOTD is done with that kit. Go figure. I think I've done about 4 so far either with the kit or adding her elements. So I've learned from this. Just look at things another way.A tag is a lot smaller so the elements in a tagger have to be re sized or they are way too big. well in beautiful and another I did I didn't re size them and they looked awesome anyway. I was going to re size after I dropped them in but the look they gave worked so I left them.
