The little tag above is a fun tag for Autum which is coming upon us rather quick.The good news is I felt in a creative mood and the better news is Jim will be home tomorrow.
Other news is I've been being very good for a change diet wise now adding the much needed water to my diet by keeping a glass of ice water with me all day and constantly sipping it. I also have reached a weight that I haven't seen for almost 10 years. LOL And we won't even mention what it is. My Dr is now offering the new..well to us...MIC-Ultra Injections for weight loss and Jim and I will both go on it. We will get once a week injections for three months which from all findings seems to be working for his other patients.
