not the usual blog

Today we leave for the Chicago area. I've started packing up the motorcoach while Jim finishes up his work on the RR. We will take our time getting there and probably will get there sometime on Wednesday since our start out of Blackwell will be rather late. We will camp at the museum in our usual place in the grove and have power only...so water will be rationed. No cable TV which is a drag and only one DVD on board. Since I have power I will have my computer but probably no internet unless we are lucky. I usually have the net but can't send out mail. The board meeting is Friday night and the rest of the weekend is designated to the Illinois RR Museum business. I'm not sure if we are leaving for home Monday or not, but are planning on being home by the 30th of April. After two weeks of Navy showers this will be welcome as I plan on at least a 10 min shower lol, well a long one anyhow.

The kitties have been super this trip and seem to be thrilled to be traveling again. Go figure...they say cats don't like change...well they don't know our fur children for sure.

Well I have to get busy and turn this computer down. See y'all later.
