Crazy week and short too. Jim has a board meeting tonight so I thought I'd do some more work on my "Tis the Season" kit on my laptop. The thing has been slower than a turtle. So I figured I'd blog instead. I've been really getting into the designing thing. I guess it really is habit forming. Joined another group that does PSP too. They have some good tuts on how to use PSP but it seems most of them do "tags" I'm not into that as much but they still have some other things that interest me. I hate to be stupid but I have no idea what they do with them. They are pretty awesome, though. I think I'll stick with what I'm doing now for a bit. My mind keeps turning over ideas and I'm still trying to do my own things and not use any commercial use things. Some things I will probably have to brake down and use but mostly so far its things I've done with the tuts I'vegotten, some scripts, but mostly I've been using my PSP shapes etc. My little reindeer was made that way with shapes and shading and I've made some fir tree branches too. I even designed my own window and a door. Tonight I was working on my own version of a belt and buckle. Extracting still proves to cause me problems but bit by bit it's getting better.
Rocky Racoon was just out on the porch cleaning up the left over cat supper. He made a loud thump jumping off the table. When I got there the two kitties were coming out of their houses watching him leave. I have to laugh at them as they just watch him eat all their food and he's not at all concerened with them.
One good thing, I;ve not been in as much pain, so I think the Glucosime is working. Tonight on the news they were saying cherries had something in them that seemed to ward off arthritis pain. That might prove interesting. I'll do anything to avoid that surgery.
Dave called the other day and told me he'd be home for about 2 weeks then be gone a few months, so he will be missing Christmas at his home this year. Derek my eldest grandson ..if things go right will be going into the Navy in the next few months. So things are progressing
