Well here it is another year coming to a close. I for one am hoping next year is better. Too many health issues this year for my taste. I'm wishing for a year without pain. LOL That's like shoveling @#%& against the tide. I also hope the BNG doesn't suffer any more flooding washouts. Last year pretty much closed them down till Fema comes through. They say it could be three years. They can still store cars but with the engine across the bridge on the other side of the washouts they will either have to get another engine or keep on renting one. They still have work to do with it in town so they will still be busy moving cars around. Personally I'd love to see another contract come up as Blackwell isn't my cup of tea and Jim of course doesn't want to move to WA to work on the EWG. Right now they will continue with car storage which is very buzy.
I'm hoping that this year allows me to sit long enough to do some designing of my own for Beachnut's Designs and continued work for Beachnut's Creations. Both of my companies keep me busy. The Designs co. are my own creations, kits for sbing and taggers, and logo work for Jim's company USRP, which is the parent company of the two RR's. The Creations co. is the work I do using others things, like my LO's for Ambowife and Terrell. It is also the company I use for the tags I have been working on with other peoples kits and tubes.
Having this hip problem now limits the amount of time I can sit cutting my time creating. I can still use the laptop lying down but not for crating I need this large flat screen for that. Jim said we can hook the laptop up to our new flat screen TV...wouldn't that be a blast....42 " monitor.
Thank goodness for the internet. I'm able to keep up with the world, my friends and also the lovely photos that David Shillabeer sends me from Scotland. I have them in a special file just waiting for the right kit to be developed to show them off. Like now, I'm working on one of his photos that I tubed but so far I'm not happy with the tag I have made. I made a jpeg and a gif of the same one but for some reason the effects I made on the jpeg don't all come across on the gif.

tube of one of Davids newest photo's. I wanted to enter a challenge with it, but I'm still not satisfied with my background. I like the scratchie effect but not the outside framing of the tube. Sigh! so much to learn. If I have to choose now I'd go for the jpeg to enter and forget the animation one. What do you think?
