Rather proud of this one. It's been so hot in the puter room I havne't been able to do anything but last night we had a very quick freak storm and it cooled it down so I did this and tuesdays tutorial
Some I did the other day too
I did two more the same one for Jim and one for me. It was Friday's tutorial
it's been very humid and I'd say for 4 days now I've laid on the couch unable to do anything. This AM was really nice at 6:30 so I was able to enjoy my walk and able to breathe. I was up till 2 last night downloading Ambowife.s newest kit. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't even unzipped it or the last one. Haven't done anything for her or Terrell and I know I need to. Maybe we'll get a cool down so I can work again.I know I must have some photos saved up to do a few pages.
I've been able to convince Puddy not to sleep in the woods..at least for a few days now. The day we had the terrible tornado warnings and watches I got her and Tommy in and closed the door. She huddled near me during the thunder and I've noticed if i have her locked on the porch with the house door cracked open if it starts to rain she comes in. That's big progress. you see she is very afraid of humans. Someone was extremely mean to her. Since my kitties want to go out on the porch I lock the screen..Puddy can pick it open..she has claws...so I keep it locked. She has figured she can come in and use the kitty potty if needed now and I praise her if I see her near it. She loves to be combed and brushed too and since her trip to the vet( an experience) her fur is coming back. Tracy and I took her had her checked and wormed and inoculated for everything also tested for leukemia. I'm hoping that this winter we can coax her in to lay in front of the fire instead of us using the heat lamp for them. no problem with Tom as he's adapting quite well. I do shut them out on the porch with the outside screen propped open at night. One of the bad nights I kept them in till 2 A M then Tom woke me up so now I don't. he thinks I'm his" becken call girl..I guess, maybe by winter they will be content in the house. Like I said Tom is no problem he's taken over the couch, the chairs and my bed to the chagrin of my indoor children. Having 6 cats though is a trial. So far the two strays come and go and we might keep it that way as if I travel again they must stay out on the porch where Tracy can feed them. When we go for weekends everyone has their self feeders and Tracy checks on the outside guys. They would have to be completely acclimated to travel with us...I don't see that happening. it's funny as the indoor cats accept this arrangement without qualm. They do not even attempt to follow them out or try to get out. They accept these other two are ''different" I've tried to instill it in them they are being ''charitable" yesh like they understand. Chessie being Chessie still remains jealous but she does that anyway..she is the most spoiled and her Daddy's little girl for sure.
Well that's all from the ranch for today, or at least now. Oh yes got this today in my mail. My Honey in his glory..engineer Jim
