Started off today with a walk at 6:25. Tracy bailed again today said she would go later so thats a few days this week I walked alone. I think she's not having a good week as she thinks she won't be walking early with me this week. i've got to do it early or I won't do it at all. I like walking with her as we BS the whole time and that makes the time go and the mile go rather quick. over by her the road isn't as rounded and it's not as hilly but I figure it's good for my cardiac to huff a bit.I just have to wathc the rounded road as it makes my legs uneven when walking and my hip really hurts. I'm solving it my doing my serpintine walk
Well good news is Jim's on his way home. last chat he was near Little Rock. I've missed the heck out of him and so have the kitties.
