Their tag announcing it.
I won second Place with my tag in PSPx3 for the March contest. A nice welcome back after my hiatus in creating. Can't remember how many entered but we enter anonymously so no one knows who they are voting for..so it can't be favorites
It made me in the mood to create again too.
I made this cute little guy and the girls fell in love with it so I was making them left and right for all the girls who wanted one.
Went top therapy yesterday but only Quade and Debby were there so I didn't get challenged by Daryl. Got through all my little tortures fine then Jim took me to lunch.
All in all I spent a quiet day. Oh we tried something new last night..since we weren't all that hungry we had cut up veggies with ranch dressing and I made onion straws for an extra treat. LOL Jim bought me 'The Pioneer Woman's cookbook" no not Pioneer recipes but ones written by a lady who lives in the boonies of Oklahoma on a real ranch. Anyway she has some real yummy recipes in there on being onion straws. Real easy and sooooo good. The clue was soaking the thin sliced onions for one hour in buttermilk..which Jim went to the store to get....then you dredge them in this flour mixture which has dash of salt, teas. Cayenne pepper, and lots of black pepper...then you deep fry for a tiny bit as they cook fast....out of this world and one we will do again for sure. She has lots of ranch recipes in it Chicken fried steak etc. She writes well and shows photos of each step so it's great for dummies. LOL She also has a blog on how she met her man whom she calls Marlboro Man that I have read and loved. The book includes photos of their children and the horses on the ranch etc. I found her from an email from the book store in Ponca City..they were having a book signing and I told Jim I wanted the book. Sadly I had the date wrong so got the book but it wasn't signed. But it was worth it love the book and am looking forward to any others she might do,
