10 days

Yes I know...where in the world is Doreen. The poor blog has taken the back seat in my life. The Joyce and Mayla thing have continued, but after last week and a blood transfusion and a bone marrow test (negative) Mayla is trying to perk up. Kay at our local vet has been supplying goats milk and cheese to tempt her palate which is working on the other 2 dogs and only slightly on Mayla. No more trips to the city in the future for her though and we pray daily for her complete recovery.

Jim is working feverishly trying to get the motor home ready which creates a problem for us as we only have the one car. I just got the news that Alex has taken Terrell to the hospital last night and she is still there while they do tests on her. She has an intestinal blockage. So we are in limbo waiting on news. We haven't exchanged files for a bit so I can't even help her out on our sites unless she has Alex get them to us. Sadly we leave in two days for Oklahoma and I myself will be out of contact.

She has been working on some great heritage stuff too and I see Moo Two will be having a new heritage treat of making a whole album, starting with the cover. I myself have been working on a few heritage ones lately.

The above is for a Moo challenge using Designs by TerrellS- Spring Air. My mom's birthday was March 1oth so I used photos of my sister Pat and myself from "way back when" and a passport photo of my Mom. It was done using a Template from Gloria Val Verde for the paint the barn challenge.
Using Designs by TerrellS Signs of Spring I did a LO of Jim and I on our first vacation together in 2000 in Gatlinburg, TN. We both feel in love with the state back then. I must admit it did take a few margaritas to get me on that chair lift.
