Good Morning

Well the sun still shines here in Blackwell on the prairie. I think they called the recent flood the 500 year flood. I hope they are right and the floods are over. I was on the web site of USRP and checked out the photos that Jim and Brent had taken and they are heartbreaking. Still no answers on what will or can be done.

Jim mentioned something about a chili cook off that Terri wanted us to go to, today I think. That should prove interesting if my stomach can take it. LOL I managed to come down with a lousy cold from my Chicago weekend as a duck and haven't gotten a lot of sleep, coughing most of the night. Days have been fine but come three o'clock the stuffiness sets in. Which has always been par for the course when I'm like this.

I've set up something new on the blog which tells me where my visitors come from. LOL Since I'm not doing that much designing but more rambling, I don't make my blog overly publicized so it is mostly read by my friends so that they can keep up to date with me. They say is you have 5 friends you are truly blessed. LOL Tee hee that's about just what I have. Dave, Marcy, Terrell, Tracy and Kim. Dave and Marcy were here recently. Hi guys. I know they are my most faithful readers. Kim subscribes to my blog so she doesn't have to click on it she gets e-mails. Hi Kim. Terrell and Tracy check when they can both in hopes that I'm scrapping. My encouragers. LOL Oh yeah I know Jim keeps up too when he is away to know what I'm thinking. Clarification on the 5 friends though the ones above are the only ones I know frequent my blog. I am blessed with many more than that only they don't check in on me like the others so I know I'm truly truly blessed...there's Jo, Sue, Joyce, Maggie, Tia and Dee, Carol ( two of them) and Cindi, who e-mail me daily.
Yup I'm truly blessed.

I'm thinking of setting up another blog or two one for the kittyies to comment on...don't laugh there is a whole bunch of blogs by kitties and then another with my scrapbook stuff...for real this time ...no rambling...this one will be my contact with my friends blog. Shadow thinks this would be a good idea as she has a lot to say. I might be a writer yet LOL
